Free standard shipping anywhere in the United States, with tracking on every order.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time, and customers outside the United States cannot complete checkout.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase and no handling fee. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

How long delivery takes

  • Processing: most orders are processed within one business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Transit: delivery usually takes approximately two to three business days after the order ships, depending on the destination and the carrier service used.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times can run longer during holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods or carrier delays, and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii generally take longer than the mainland estimate.

Carriers

We use established parcel carriers, including FedEx. The carrier for a given order depends on the delivery address, package size and weight, and the services available for that route.

Some carriers do not deliver oversized packages to PO Boxes. If your address is a PO Box, a street address is more reliable for larger items.

Tracking your order

You will receive two emails: an order confirmation immediately after purchase, and a shipment confirmation containing a tracking number once the order has shipped and tracking becomes available. Tracking can take some time to begin updating after the label is created, which is normal.

If something goes wrong

  • Tracking has not updated for a while. Contact us with your order number and we will review the shipment status with the carrier.
  • Tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing. Check around the delivery area, the mailbox, a front desk, neighbors or a building office. If it still cannot be found, contact us.
  • The parcel arrived damaged. Inspect items on arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the outer packaging. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Taxes and duties

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the final amount charged; no sales tax is added at checkout. Because we ship domestically only, there are no customs duties or import fees on your order.
