What we sell

Home comfort products for resting, reading and sleeping. Our current range is reading pillows and backrest cushions, zippered pillow protectors, and contoured specialty pillows. All items are physical goods shipped to the customer. We do not sell digital downloads, subscriptions or services on this site.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no membership fees and no charges added after purchase. No sales tax is added at checkout.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through a secure, encrypted checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe, and PayPal. Card details are entered directly into the processor’s form and are never stored on our servers. Your statement will show the legal entity name, Sunguard Umbrellas LLC, rather than the trading name.

Order fulfillment

Orders are processed within one business day after payment is confirmed and usually arrive two to three business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. We work with established parcel carriers, including FedEx, and with fulfillment partners who pick, pack and dispatch orders. Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order. Delivery area

We ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally, and customers outside the United States cannot complete checkout.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect is replaced or refunded at our cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days of inspection. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email contact@sungbela.com with your order number. We acknowledge complaints within one business day and aim to resolve them within five. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain every remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
