Refund & Returns Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an eligible item. Anything that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect is put right at our cost.

Return window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged after delivery.

How to request a return

  1. Email contact@sungbela.com before sending anything back.
  2. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, attach clear photographs of the item and the outer packaging.
  3. We review every request and reply within one business day with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization reference.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Who pays return shipping

  • Our error. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete and the issue is verified, we cover the cost. Depending on the item we will provide a prepaid return label, send a replacement, or issue a refund, whichever suits you best. In many damage cases we do not need the item returned at all.
  • Change of mind. For returns that are not our error, including change of mind or choosing the wrong size or color, the customer is responsible for return shipping and for packing the item so it arrives undamaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within five to seven business days after the returned item has been received, inspected and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping was free on your original order, so no shipping charge is deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

For a different size, color or product, the simplest route is to return the original item under this policy and place a new order, so you are not waiting on an inspection before the replacement ships.

Canceling an order

Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before they ship, which is generally within one business day of ordering. Email us immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, the return terms above apply instead.

What is not covered

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been used, washed or soiled
  • Damage caused after delivery, including normal wear
  • Items returned without original packaging where that packaging is needed to protect them in transit
  • Returns sent back without prior authorization
